A little bit about me...
All I really want is for people to see the utter magic of nature and to therefore look after her in return!
I guide people to re-engage with their own well-being whilst remembering the integral role nature plays in our health through foraging, herbal medicine & ecology.
Having studied & practised herbalism for over 5 years including a special apprenticeship with The Scottish School of Herbal Medicine. I have begun sharing my experience for greater community health, awareness & stewardship.
